Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming environment for children. Lovely in-house pool. Very good restaurant. Location very convenient for main thermal bad, the village center, and public transportation. Quiet rooms. Breathtaking views.
Breakfast was OK, but could be improved (the croissants were a bit stale, for instance). Elevators felt very cramped. Bathrooms very clean and functional, but quite small.

The very best was the freshly squeezed orang juice in the morning that one can make right there.
It was great to have the pool right in the hotel and the bed was very comfortable.
The loctation in Leukerbad is perfect: great views, easy to drive to and everything in town is accessble by walking.
It shows, that this property has been around for a while: the windows in the dining room are so poorly insulated, that it was too cold so sit at tables near the windows (it was only fall!?), several water jets in the pool were either out of order or malfunctioning and the the wood on the balconies was torn up and aching for some TLC.
The outdoor pool was leaking and inoperable during our stay. The fact itself wouldn't be so bad, but the communication about it was poorly managed: there was no alternative to visit an outdoor pool provided and the timing for the repair was dragging out throughout our whole stay.
