Close to restaurants
The pictures showed an outdoor pool and hot tub but there was none. The outdoor pool and hot tub was down the road at the towns thermo center which you had to pay extra for

This practical, comfortable hotel in the heart of town was perfect for a weekend stay. We had a great view and there was onsite parking, friendly people — and very fluffy towels. The breakfast was one of the best I can remember with lovely fresh bread. And the restaurant was good too.
Bit fiddly with the WiFi.

Nicely renovated spacious rooms in a perfect location . Easy to walk to bus or to gemmi cable car
The process for checking in and out was painstakingly long . The receptionist took at least 20 minutes typing away.
Breakfast started later ( a few minutes after 8 am) which seems too late compared to other hotels we’ve been staying in . Some language difficulties either Swiss or English.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the Terminal bus station and to restaurants and shops
Room is very small
Felt the heat coming out from the floor (not comfortable in summer)
Bed is not comfy especially the pillows
Breakfast could be more generous
