Frühstück war OK. Guter Café. Frischer Orangensaft. Sehr freundliche, flinke und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin .

L’emplacement, les pass pour monter en cabine à la Gemmi, la décoration
Le Check-in sans personnel après une arrivée à 17h, impossible de pouvoir accéder à la chambre sans devoir appeler car le système d’enregistrement ne fonctionne pas. Plusieurs clients étaient dans le même cas à l’entrée de l’hôtel.
Très chaud dans la chambre. Buffet du petit déjeuner était très dégarni, plus de viennoiseries et fruits frais après 8h30 alors que c’est ouvert jusqu’à 10h.

Nice welcome and good location. Staff was friendly and provided local transport passes.
Our room was up a set of very narrow stairs under the roof. Difficult access with suitcases. The thing which was really not nice was that our room door could be pushed open without using the key! We did not feel comfortable in that room or leaving our valuables inside when we went out.
