Super sweet receptionists. They were so kind and lovely. We got given a free upgrade to a room with a sauna which was so nice.
The place was so cosy and cutesy. Perfect for winter ski vacations. Amazing location for lake oachinensee, bout a 5 min walk away

The staff is great, professional, helpful and kind.
The lift works perfectly.
The view from the room is just amazing of course.
The bed is large and comfy.
The swimming pool, the sauna, the hammam, the pool table... are great to use and in good condition.
The smell from the restaurant in the room was disturbing sometimes.
The sauna and hammam should be open to everyone, maybe with an additional fee.
The bathroom had some minor issues.

Great location for hiking and to see Oeschinessee! The room was very clean and comfortable. Reception kindly gave us a room with a jacuzzi, which was unexpected and absolutely wonderful.
