The people were very helpful and accommodating. The food was very good, we went mainly for local menu and it was worth the try. Breakfast was also very good. the location was spectacular although arriving there was a bit of an adventure, particularly the last few kms of the road.
there were quite a few flies, although that doesn't depend on the facility and the owners but on the physical location I guess

The location is amazing, however not accessible by any public transport during Oct-May
The hot pot costs 35 CHF per person and need to be pre-booked. They were not very clean.
The spa is not great either and only open for 3 hours a day, hence the main point of staying in this hotel is not satisfied
