We loved the location of the hotel and the beautiful views from our balcony. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and they made the check in and check out process very easy. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.
It’s a bit of a busy area with the gondola station next door, so it can be kind of noisy in the morning if you are a light sleeper (we understand this is out of the hotel’s control). It would have been nice to use the sauna during our stay on the colder days.

The room was very modern and well decorated. The rooms were quiet and blinds made for a comfortable sleep. The staff were wonderful and the dinner meal we had in the restaurant was so delicious. It was located right near to the gondola for easy access but still quiet at night.
A lift but we were on the first floor and staff were available to help.
