Clean, very affordable, comfortable and spacious room. A good option for a very fair price for Switzerland. I had all I needed: a clean, spacious, comfortable room, in a very quiet environment.
As mentioned by many other guests, the hotel and all facilities are very outdated. It really looks like the place hasn’t been renovated nor updated for decades.

The room was spacious and quiet and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful valley view. Bed was confortable and the bathroom was big and clean. The thermal pool was warm and great for relaxing at the end of the day. Parking was a plus. A lovely hiking trail begins at the end of the road and just a few minutes' walk from the Gemmi cable car.
As others have said, it's an old hotel, but that is part of its charm and did not take away from its comfort.

The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly
I was in room 110.
The heating in my room did not work, there was no TV, if you like at my booking confirmation number you will see that a TV was included in the room. It didn’t really matter as I just needed somewhere to sleep so I said nothing to the hotel.
At breakfast the person responsible for the breakfasts showed me a printout which said I was in room 210, in fact I was put in room 110. Maybe this is why I didn’t have a TV.
The bed was too short, I am not tall (1.80) but the bed was not long enough for me.
