Great location, lovely room with beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very reasonably priced and the food was fresh and delicious! Staff were very kind and accomodating. Would absolutely stay again!
The only downside was in our particular room, the sloping roof in the bathroom meant you couldn’t have a standing-up shower, but the bath was good!

Fantastic location a very short stroll from the centre of Kandersteg. The staff were very kind and helpful. Amazing views from the rooms (one of which had a balcony). Rooms are decent value for money by Swiss standards and the food downstairs in the restaurant was good value and very tasty!
The rooms need re-decorating and felt dated, but we knew this before booking and to be fair it is all part of the charm with this property. It's not the Ritz but it worked well for our needs.
