Schönes, sauberes Hotel am Rand von Kandersteg. Sehr engagiertes Personal, gutes Frühstück mit kostenloser Waffel oder Omelett-Bestell-Möglichkeit. Super schneller Shuttle in den Ort oder zum Parking Oeschinensee. Nebenan eine integrierte Kneipe für kleine Snacks und Getränke (nicht ganz billig).
Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad könnte mehr sein bei 4 Personen, Lüftung im Bad geht autamatisch an und dann sehr lange nicht aus (nachts störend). Keine Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer (bei gemeinsamem Balkon mit Nebenzimmer unangenehm) und keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit in einzelnen Zimmern, darum früh morgens wach, wenn man dort schläft.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were even able to check in earlier than expected. The room was very cozy and had a lovely balcony. After a day of exploring, the sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect bonus and a great way to relax. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was also great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Frühstück: super, Paradies für Käseliebhaber und Eierspeisenfreunde! Personal spricht deutsch, juhui und ist freundlich.
Zimmer, super sauber, ästhetisch eingerichtet, bequemes Bett. TV funktionierte nicht.
Abendrestaurant Taverne :-( keine frischen Produkte, nur frittiertes Essen, nur englische Sprache zum Bestellen möglich, aber okay.
Check-In Desk war NIE besetzt, das Gepäck konnte zwar hinterlegt werden (nachdem man den Stuff tel. beorderte) das Gepäck blieb dann aber unbeaufsichtigt während Stunden liegen. Auschecken ebenfalls ohne Personal.
Es war nicht möglich, spontan den Stuff etwas zu fragen, weil diese durch physische Absenz glänzten.
Der Trainingsraum bot viele Geräte. Die Sauna ist neu und gut soweit, der Whirlpool enttäuschte, hat nur Platz für vier Personen und war sichtlich schmutzig.
