Swiss style hotel in charming location. Great spa and pool, we also had very good massage sessions.
The restaurant is great however the service is a bit slow.

Beautiful construction, a lot of wood, next to the woods
You have to ask for many things, for example: no amenities in the room, you have to ask the reception, same for slippers, or extra towels. It gives a feeling of being “cheap”

The room was spacious and the spa is great.
No blackout curtains or blinds to the room, not enough lighting in the main room. The bed topper is a cheap foam.
It took 40 minutes for our egg dishes to arrive one breakfast morning, the cheese looked as though it had been out for 3 weeks and the cofee was cold.
