Very kindly got an upgrade for my birthday! The views from the balcony were unreal! The room was huge and super comfortable. Food was fantastic and lots of dairy free/nut free options (including special yoghurt) and staff were super helpful with going through the different allergens. Unbelievably kind staff who did free pickup from train station, and dropped bags off to station on way back (when we were delayed). Super close to Oeschinensee cable car, and would recommend the Cafe Schweizerhof in town!
The pool was a bit small and cold, but did have the resistance jet function. The TV couldn’t cast (despite function for it), but overall a great stay.

Overall the hotel is fine and it has good facilities.
The people that work there are very friendly. Although one of the owners / chef treated us quite rude, impatient, and not very welcoming.
Also the jacuzzi that is shown in the pictures is only for a particular room, you do have a very nice wellness that is well set up. Sauna, steam bath, outside cooldown area and cold water shower.
Breakfast was great and very tasty.
