Location, recently refurbished. Clean.
Was asked to pay 50% of the room rate for a 2 hour earlier check in, which was clearly available. I wanted a smoking room which was not available nor was told they would arrange for it later. I called the restaurant to order room service at 10:30 pm, and apparently they were out of what i wanted. For the money I spent, I could’ve stayed at the Trident.
