Everything it’s absolutely amazing the staff was so helpful so attentive, the hotel was clean and modern beautiful, pillows and bed so comfy and the best it’s their BREAKFAST!! 100% worth it, 20 min to the downtown !!

The hotel staff were brilliant. We arrived in Budapest and the hotel we booked (Zuglo) was permanently closed, leaving us with no where to stay! We drove over to holiday beach and thankfully they had space and checked us in quickly, thank you!

The property looked great from outside. Pools were clean. Building architecture was nice. Balcony was great and big. Room looked okay.
But it’s old. The elevator felt like it gonna break anytime soon. I have seen cockroaches and the cleaning lady was killing those at the morning. My head started to hurt from the chemicals. We arrived for breakfast at 9am. The food was almost gone. The bread was hard from previous days. Not a huge selection. No fruits and no desserts. They were not having any choices for food allergies. No lactose free or gluten free options. In the room the fridge didn’t work. The bathroom was okay but the shower was clogged therefore everything got wet after a shower.
