Lovely thou a bit far from the centre

it's a great all-in-one child friendly accommodation. The food is excellent. Water park is great, except during season when it's very busy, but that's expected. A lot of indoor activities: squash, massage, billiard etc. Also bus line in front of the hotel will take you downtown Budapest.
Water Park is very crowded during high season. Hotel prices increased a lot in the last 3 years

Nice grounds, great pools with potential, good pool activities, amazing soups.
the zorb ball being launched into the wave pool while the wave machine was on- it was very dangerous, pushed a few kids under water (including mine) this shouldn't be allowed when other people are there too. The mountain river (cream colour, with two sides coming down) was unsupervised at the top and kids/adults slid down with no space inbetween making it dangerous for others (and them too). The amount of people let in for the day into the waterpark on top of the hotel guests (the hotel was fully booked!) was too much. There were no free sunbeds for hours, and the queues for everything (slides, food) were endless. the pools were massively overcrowded most of the days. the dessert choices were repetitive with little imagination.

The apartment was very expensive but very comfortable. The reception staff was pleasant. The facilities are ok.
We arrived at midnight, and even though we prepaid half board, there was no food waiting for us, not even a sandwich. The hotel is very far from everything, so we starved until breakfast time. The dinner on a Saturday night was very poor. Too many waiters just chatting to each other and not helping the guests. No slippers for the stay. Massage therapist uneducated in treatments, pressing over the bones, it still hurts. The staff in the hotel was ok, reception had pleasant staff, but the bar staff in the lobby looked like they just burried a family member. Extremely rude. Not once. Every day. Need training in a guest service.
Overall, very unhappy with the food and bar staff.
