Generally the Hotel was reasonable.

Beach was good

Pool food and Sisha too expensive. Not value for money. Food choice limited. Jet Skis too expensive.

Professional, polite, friendly staff specially on coffee shop Anupama & Mr Mukesh at dining. exceptional services by both. always helping, smiling.

Room Furniture, Televisions, sofas, food I asked for double beds, but we got two single beds in both rooms & both room beds were different in size & quality. One room had Smart TV & other one having basic LCD with no option of any asian channels. sofa need to be trashed & should not be in rooms. entire foam of sofas is damaged. in entire stay, we use to request Mr Mukesh & this golden hearted person use to arrange us a seperate dish for a family of 4 plus a kid. so in short we use to have one asian dish & rice from entire laid out menu. how logical is this, ppl were served Sambhar without any Idli, Wada & Dosa… seriously guys, do u need us to have sambhar with Boiled eggs?? i was surprised to see this. who decides the menu & how can he assume to serve sambhar without rice, idli etc etc… hats off.

The checkin was smooth, big thanks to Amir, he was very clear and sufficient . The rooms were spacious as we booked the suit room the pool and the beach were very clean and nice . The staff were very friendly as they sang Bday to my boyfriend, and it was a very special nice celebration. The breakfast lunch and dinner were very delicious and lots of variety. I would definitely book again. One of my best stays here in UAE.

Everything inside the hotel was excellent and nice. The only thing which isn't a big deal but little concerning is that there is no Valet Parking, so you need to park and walk a bit. Thanks BM hotel.

The full board offer, the beach is clean. The seating area around the beach is nice. Diversity of food for each meal

Overall good stay. Pebble bar staff need to be more clear on what they serve. they know about the wrist badge .

Very helpful and kind staff. Hotel is good for a staycation. Better to stay for 2 nights in my opinion. we had all inclusive package, there were good food option for veg and non-veg. We also, got to try dinner in Longbeach which was amazing, their dinner buffet had so many options to choose from, with live music.

Few thing, TV had issue, as some pixel were busted, but fixed it self sometime. Bed was sagging from the center but still managed to get sleep. And the big one, We had all inclusive package, however at Pebble bar I was offered drinks that were chargeable(I had the wrist badge). I was not told about this and the server did not clear say that they are charged. I could make it an issue and made a fuss. however, it was my wife b’day and did not want to ruin her experience.

Loved Sea view room, clean room, lobby was neat, at the reception staff was really accommodating, entire hotel always smelled fresh, breakfast was fresh and great, beach and pool facilities were best, all the staff at the hotel was really welcoming.

The facility in general was good and also it was clean

We were planning to relax and sleep early because a race, but the noise from the beach side. Also, gym facilities are no working, we try to use treadmill which wasnt working. Also in bathroom, water was coming out from the shower through the door.

Service V. Poor No enough seats in front of the beach so we set on the sand and was v. Bad Room facilities v. Poor i booked as sea view but sea was very far and view was bad beds comfy was really so bad Sea area closed so early and opened late No varity in breakfast For long months i planned for this visit but realy i regret for it was underexpected
