Treatment of staff - from reception desk guests receipt and see off by Mr. Rauf, till event handling team, bartenders and service assistants.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and my kids had a blast. They're already begging to go back!
We went with the all-inclusive meal plan to avoid the hassle of going out, which was perfect for our family.

The pool is really good specially the temperature when we came is really summer but the water temperature in the pool was so good on the climate
