We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service personnel were exceptional—professional, attentive, and always welcoming. The beach and sea were beautiful, perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the water, and the variety of games added a fun touch to our days.
The food was excellent, with great quality and variety at every meal.
A special thank you to Moumene, an absolute professional who made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was good. the restaurant and the ambience of it was really nice. With the current situation they handled the emergency warning very well and their care really showed.
The gym experience wasnt that great. Limited equipments - there was a repair work going on and it was loud. No prior warning or information. Also they dont have a beach attached to the property. Which wasnt clear from the listing. The beach is just 4 mins drive with shuttle bus but its not attached to the property.

Nothing. My previous 4 stays at this property—back when it was Al Marjan Resort, brought me back again, hoping the hospitality would be the same, if not better.
Frankly, apart from being familiar with the property, there’s little I can say I liked about this stay. The hotel is in urgent need of a serious renovation. Within a couple of hours of check-in, the power went out, and it took 30–40 minutes for an engineer to arrive. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, so it starts smelling almost immediately. The electric kettle’s plug didn’t match the socket beside it, a basic oversight. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the breakfast was below average. A friend in another room requested a toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning, and it took over an hour for it to be delivered. This property seems well past its golden days. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Wishing the hotel the best moving forward.
