The location is perfect, staff is kind, helpful, and always smiling. Buffet was enough both breakfast and dinner.
Property is old, AC was not working properly, not cooling. Engineering team came and check, no problem with them but it didn’t get fix so the night was too hot to sleep. Also there was one sensor light at the door entrance and it was full open at night even though we were not moving, there was no switch to turn it off completely. Pool tiles at the beach side pool was very old, generally the property needs to be renewed.

Small cozy pool for the kids, play area for the kids with attendant so that you can leave your kids with them up to 10pm and can enjoy your time. Ideally the kids pool can have a shade considering this summer.
Check in took more than an hour, looks like they weren’t prepared fully. The check in staff was extremely slow and you just have to stand in the queue as if you are here to claim a free gift. People were allowed to get into the pool with their clothes (whatever they are wearing) not swimming costumes making the pool dirty and unhygienic.
