Our favorite hotel in ras al khaimah. If you have a baby this is the best hotel! pool is kid friendly, they even have activities for kids at evening, staff are nice and friendly. Price is good. Will come again soon.

Excelent resort for family trips with small kids

The hotel is neat and clean,kids swimming pool is fantastic ,night shows for kids and adults was fantastic. The staff is very good,helpful, even when you need help even after mid night.

The rooms are quite ,clean I stronglly recommended for familes with young kds

Lovely friendly staff

The staff were very friendly . Rooms were big and comfortable. The sea view is beautiful.

The breakfast was completely overcrowded and very noisy . If you went to get food somebody else would take your table . Initially we were given the wrong room smaller than we booked and it took some time to sort out . There were some renovation works going on and some corridors were clean but smelly .

Made a special memory for a friend of mine.

Dont ignore call from customers regardless big or small issue!!

Nice view of the beach

Our remote to tv control was not working, we call reception, housekeeping to check the tv, housekeeping came. He was not able to fix it he told us someone from engineering will come, we wait for it. Until the next day our check out still no one came to fix it. Disappointed. 👎

Great hotel for the price!

Stayed here whilst we went to the golf, it was just a place to sleep but we were surprised with how nice the hotel was for the price. Great facilities and good selection at breakfast.

Beautiful view but not comfortable

Hotel have good location with beautiful sea view.

It was not comfortable. There was no sound proofing, kids were playing in some other room and all noise was coming to my room. Other room tenants played the TV, although it was low volume for sure, but literally I was able to hear it from my room, that's not the end, I could even hear the water noise of other room in my room's washroom. There were no carpets on the floor, we could not let our baby crawl.

O profissionalismo do Allan na recepção e do responsável pelo restaurante italiano. Os funcionários de limpeza do quarto piso. Muito disponíveis sempre.

A falta de simpatia dos funcionários da recepção e do atendimento ao cliente. O funcionário da recepção Adhill estava a jogar no telemóvel com vários clientes na recepção a espera de serem atendidos. O duty manager quando me viu chateado, resolveu fechar a porta da sua sala para não ter de trabalhar.

Overall pleasant and better than the Marjan Hotel across the road.

Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good as breakfast's in UAE hotels normally a lottery. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel has no personality and looks like an office block. Towels were threadbare and only one small bar of soap provided and half a toilet roll. Room windows don't open....

Great hotel for spending relaxing vacations.

I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel for New Year party, Gala dinner was great. The location of the hotel is fabulous! Clean and beautiful. Great swimming pool for kids.

We left the hotel at night on 31 December and nobody in the hotel informed us that Marjan Island would be blocked by police and we could not come back to the hotel on the island at night. Police didn't know till what time the Marjan island will be closed. They offered me, my mom and my son to spend theydidn'tknowhowmuchtime at the parking nearby. When I told them that we booked the hotel on the island they told me it was my problem and they could not help me and that we could enter the island in the early morning, no any other way. Just terrible experience that spoiled all our New Year. There were no any notices, information, etc. Police just blocked the iseland for all cars and we could not do anything with that. Thanx God we lived in Sharjah and could go home back to Sharjah at night. I have no idea the feelings of people that had no any other place to go but to the island. It was awefull. I would like to recommend to the hotel to inform your customers about such things as the possible blocking of the island. I could not even imagine such situation could happen. There were no notificaiton nowhere, not in Waze, not in Google maps.

سعر الفندق والمرافق صغيره جدا مثل الجيم والمسبح وتم قدومي قبل الحجز بيوم لتأكيد على العاب النارية وتم توضيحي بأن سيكون الغرفة مطلعة على العاب النارية من قبل الموظف الاستقبال وكنت في الغرفة في وقت الاحتفال على مبدأ الموظف ولم أرى إلا الربع من الألعاب النارية وهذا احززني كثيراً وأقيم أسوء منظر العاب نارية من غرفة الفندق ومنعوني من نزول الشاطئ بحجة المكان محجوز ومنعوني من دخول مطعم ربي جي من قبل موظف استقبال اسمه مدحت وكان أسلوبه غير حضاري

Memorable and delightful experience

The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. They made sure that our stay was comfortable. Especially Sunil who went out of his way to help us. Very impressed and will definitely refer this property to friends and family as a must visit!

Hoping for a better experience next time

Hospitality of staff. All were very cordial, friendly, smiling all times. Special mention to Ravi who was very cordial. We met him at the dining area. Breakfast and dinner spread was good. Just a suggestion more vegetarian dishes could be added to the buffet.

We were allotted room 119 and 121 which were beach facing. However in the evening around 6 pm live event started just outside our room and it went on till 10pm. It was really disturbing as it was too loud. Ideally events should be held away from the rooms so that the interested guests could attend without disturbing others guests. Otherwise it should have stopped atleast by 9pm. It was really a nuisance.

How to ruin an anniversary staycation

The housekeeping staff is friendly and has eye for detail. The Mediterranean Restaurant is good in ambience and food.

The Layout with two blocks is confusing and very inconvenient. If you require a towel for the pool or beach you’ll need to cross into the other building to get it, same with front desk; not very guest oriented. Rude and incompetent staff. Especially the front desk and pool crews are rude and absolutely clueless. We had arranged and paid for late check out to get a smooth exit from our anniversary. Only to be harassed the whole afternoon to check out immediately. They even brought two security guards to make us leave the room-despite us having had paid the extra fee. The all inclusive concept predominantly chosen by guests leads to poor quality of food and drinks by the pool/beach. Overall, a textbook description on how to spoil and ruin an anniversary stay. Never ever again SAS Radisson.

Good Experience

Overall had a great experience. Location, Food Choices, & Rooms were superb with a pretty good view of the sea. 3 Pools with private beach access was definitely a plus and well maintained. It is definitely worth a visit!

The housekeeping staff should have good telephone etiquette, and proper training should be given to the staff. They seemed least interested in answering the call, and service was okay. Customer Service could be improved as I felt it was not on par with the high standard set by Radisson.
