We were upgraded to a condo for families and it was the best choice. Loved the access to the beach and facilities. Plenty of privacy and things to do.

The pools are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
The food is ok. There is nowhere to eat lunch indoors which can be difficult when it is very hot or inclement weather.
Beware that you will asked if you want to be a member of their vacation club and there are specific areas just for club members.
The AC in your room cannot be adjusted.
Every day there are activities in the first pool with very loud music.

The property was easily to navigate, with food and beverage huts strategically placed. The beach was clean and we were able to swim in the perfect water, very little sargassum. There were lots of shaded seating options. The drinks were strong, the food was average, and the staff was superior! Thx to Julio at Pina Colada for taking careof the bday girl!
Overall, the food was average. We enjoyed La Vista, Da Vinci, Pina Colada grill, the sushi and taco huts. All were pretty nice. La Vista was our favorite. The buffet was subpar. Soggy and soupy meats and vegetables. One of the best meals was spaghetti and meat sauce delivered via room service lol

The pools are great and the staff friendly. Bed is super comfy.
Giant cockroach in my room! And the walls are paper thin you can hear conversations in the next room very clearly. The buffet options were minimal. There was so much seaweed we couldn’t enjoy the ocean.
