Food was good in the buffet restaurant and pretty good in the Asian and Mexican restaurants. The kids pool was a good size for our 3 year old to play on their own. Plenty of areas to cool down in the lobby and relax. Service was good I never had to wait long for drinks or food.
The coffee was weak in every restaurant and shop. I had to get an extra shot every time but still not strong enough. The Italian restaurant food wasn't great. The kids park is only available for 1-2 hours a day, it's indoors and only available through the kids program. Same as the soft play area which is much smaller than the pictures suggest. They need an outdoor kids play park. It's so far from anywhere you are confined to the resort no where is in walking distance not even a supermarket.

The workers were fantastic. The 24 hour contemporary service. Snack area by the poolside was handy

Food and staff were amazing.
The entertainment team is great.
Bathroom towels need to be replaced.
Exterior rooms trash and trays for room service needed to be removed more frequently.
Furniture in the lobby area needs shampoo.
