The options for restaurants were great! Clean facility, rooms and friendly staff!
Resort was great 10/10 recommend. Went for the beach mainly but of course weather impacted turquoise water.

The cleaning staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The food was generally OK.
The welcome and arrival experience was poor. The concierge/front desk staff were not particularly warm or supportive, the hotel was not properly explained to us, and we were not guided well to our room. My requests regarding the room type were also ignored. It was often unclear which restaurants were open or closed, and the hotel seemed poorly organised even in following its own published schedule.

I loved the willing service of those serving food and beverage onsite. And no one was very pushy about selling other services either.
My room floor got a bit moist when I turned turned the AC down just a bit.

Very family friendly and amazing beach. Kids club was aesthetic and my kids enjoyed it.
Staff was just average and there’s wear and tear in the rooms. One point the sheets on my bed had a hole/tear. Rooms were underwhelming. Signs around resort were outdated. We were a group of 11 and rarely were able to sit together at the restaurants other than buffet.
