The food was perfect!! Our favorite restaurant for lunch was cevicheria and the Thai restaurant for dinner. I was one of the best Thai foods we ever had!!! The breakfast had so many options but after 5 days we didn't know what to get because it was same every day. The bar has a huge selection of branded alcohol and the bartenders prepared everything we asked for.
The second night of our stay started raining into our room on our bed at 3am. They changed our room immediately but the AC didn't really work in the new room. First it was freezing in the room and they didn't know how to fix it so they told us to turn it off which wasn't a solution because the room became super humid and all of our stuff was kind of wet. They never fixed the AC so for the rest of the stay the temperature was stuck at 22 and super humid.

The Fiesta Americana food was just as delicious as we expected! We ate at the Mexican, Italian, and buffet restaurants. The Italian restaurant was the best though. They have the best Caesar salad, minestrone soup, and raviolis. Forgot to mention the Cevichera where the shrimp tacos are cooked perfectly and their chipotle salsa has just the perfect amount of "kick". The swimming pools are huge with plenty of lounge chairs and always food and drinks nearby. We were here in January so the beach waves were a little too strong for our taste. Finally, the rooms and beds are very comfortable. It just took a bit to figure out how to adjust the room temperature, after that the room was perfect.
The restaurant reservation system is user unfriendly. We were lucky to find an employee who helped us with the reservations, otherwise we never would have been able to eat at the Mexican or the Italian restaurants! We tried to hang out in the bar before dinner, but the acoustics in there were so bad, we had to step outside to enjoy our drinks.

Clean room and bathroom, good meals, drinks. Personal service is incredible.
No juice in the refrigerator. I had also booked the room with a specific price at Booking.com two months before the arrival but when they charged the room in my credit card the hotel charged unexpected 280 dollars more. No one in the hotel was able to explain the reason for the additional fee and in the end I needed to pay this undue amount. This bad experience impacted my vacation and frustrated me, so I recommend to pay attention on what the hotel will charge on your credit card to avoid bad surprises…

Beautiful pools and nice beach area.
The room was very spartan…not enough lighting. There was no desk lamp near the bed. Most of the electrical outlets were unusable because they were too loose to hold a plug. We had to get an extension cord. Sea tower on 6th floor Ocean Front room was kinda noisy as the activities in the lobby area echoed quite a bit until near midnight. Rooms are not soundproof.

Check-in process is a bit long make you get what you paid for. If it is possible show pictures of the rooms you paid otherwise they will give you rooms that nobody wants.

I reserved a king room, and they gave me one with two queen beds, the air conditioning in the room never worked, they do not have service on the beach, the drinks are basic, They care more about selling the resort than about the guest.

We absolutely loved this property! The rooms were so comfortable and clean. You have everything you need. The hotel has 11 amazing restaurants. The staff is wonderful! They are very helpful and nice, specially Manuel, David and Paola from the front desk. The quality of the food is amazing!! Our cleaning lady, Edita, was always so kind and prompt to help us. She asked me if we weee celebrating something special, and ww actually were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday. She arranged for people to come and decorate our room for out daughter, it was such a nice surprise!! Unfortunately, we had to interrupt our vacation die to a sad family tragedy back home and Manuel from front desk helped us to receive a refund for the night we couldn’t stay. It meant a lot for us that they understand our unfortunate situation. They truly go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. We loved absolutely everything about the hotel and ww will definitely go back. Highly recommend it! It is worth every penny!

The staff is friendly and have amazing energy, specially those in the pool. Some people I remember providing great service are: Genaro - aerobics, Jonathan B. - explaining everything at the resort, Ame - store, Angelina - spa, Gabriel - host at restaurant, Alfredo - server at the Ceviche bar and buffet. Alfredo did an excellent job at serving our table of 12 people with an mazing attitude. The buffets outside and inside were delicious and well kept. All servers were extremely nice and approachable. All the staff who managed the pool activities were great!! The coffee was good too, thank you!
I wish everything was actually inclusive. It was a bit disappointing to go to the restaurants to realize you have to pay more for a steak and other items. Please allow people to enjoy everything in the menu without extra cost. In addition, we had a large party (12) and there was always an issue about moving table together. First - we could not book a reservation online, two - moving to table seemed to be the end of the world.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach was lovely.
Food was average. We both got sick after the first day. The drinks at the pool bar are limited and the cocktails are pure sugar syrup, don't expect an actual cocktail. Fish tacos at the beach restaurant were horrible, and I'm not fussy. Food and drinks in general not bad but not great. Couldn't get a reservation at any of the restaurants for dinner, disappointing considering you pre-pay for it. The room smelt like mould/damp.

We loved the location and the pool.
The constant ants in our room & in our beds! Also, the quality of food in the dining room was similar to cafeteria food. The restaurants that require reservations were much better. We were asked to listen to a vacation club timeshare presentation and that completely turns us off to any property. It definitely lowers the quality & value of the property.

Everything about this place is phenomenal. The food is great, the service is warm and kind, and the amenities are wonderful.
We traveled with a 2-year-old and we had a fantastic time connecting as a family and not worrying about a thing.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we leave the service was outstanding. Everyone will make an effort to make your stay unforgettable.
The Fiesta Rewards people are pushy and it's annoying. You are there taking your vacation, and suddenly you are interrupted, they don't let you leave, and you have to explain why you don't want something you never asked for. Please tone it down.

The breakfast was really great, nice, clean and had a lot of options. The room was very small, the shower door was broken, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was extremely dark. I would compare the room quality to a 2 Star Hotel.
Dinner was nice, the restaurants were not busy at all despite us struggling to make reservations. There is an upcharge for almost everything on the menu including have champagne at dinner. There was a shooting right outside our room 2 days before we arrived and hotel never mentioned our safety, there is direct access to the ground floor rooms from the beach with no security, anyone can walk up to your room. It was extremely unsafe. 4 people died right outside the room 48 hrs before we arrived, the hotel booked me and my children in without any mention of our safety.
The room and accommodations were very small and poor. The pool was not large enough for the number of people in the hotel. The hotel doesn't stop people from booking chairs at the hotel even though they are not at the pool, so every chair is taken by 7am. There is not enough tables and places to eat lunch once you have it. We had to go back to our room to even eat. The batteries in the lock in our door stopped working and the hotel did not fix them for 7 hours despite multiple visits to the concierge. The were slow to respond to anything.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options my husband & kids all enjoyed. All of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond. The kids club was great and had fun activities. the entertainment was lots of fun & the ice cream bar was an added bonus.
