Room was very spacious, stayed in a junior suite. Cleaned whenever needed. AC was great! Hotel has a nice pool even though more on the hot side, it was still great. Views from the restaurant/pool were amazing. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and was very good as well. Location was great, a little walk from the main avenue, about 10 minutes and about 15 minutes from a little mini mart which had snacks, food, subway, drinks, alcoholic drinks and miscellaneous stuff to buy and able to take to your room. Even though I didn't need the parking, had parking for guests as well.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great, exceeded my expectations in all aspects.

I could walk to Playa Tortuga and Hotel zone on either side of the hotel! I loved the view from the room and all staffs were friendly!

It's only a couple of blocks from my dentist so I could walk. The bar (especially the bartender!) and food were wonderful. All the staff goes out of their way to help with anything you need. Beautiful setting on the lagoon and huge pool. There is a filtered water cooler in the lobby so you can refill your bottle.
The first downstairs room they gave me had mold everywhere. I refused to stay there so they moved me to a beautiful upstairs suite. In the upstairs suite, there were tiny ants in the bedroom. There is no AC in the living room or kitchen, only the bedroom, and it was very hot. You have to put your used toilet paper in the trash. There are signs not to put it in the toilet. The downstairs rooms are very dark. In both rooms there is no stove or oven. But both times I've been they were able to give me an electric skillet to use.
