It literally has the best beach in the hotel zone! The water is calm and crystal clear. The rooms are very spacious and the air conditioning works amazingly. The staff are very friendly and the optional breakfast is 100% worth paying for in advance as it is delicious.
The price tag is high but all the resorts in Cancun have been increasing in price lately.

Breakfast was good and the beach bar by the sea nice for relaxation.
15 mins walk to nightlife (but didn't feel safe to walk too late at night)
Could not swim by the beach because of sargassum Ground floor room (not mentioned in while booking which was very misleading)
Lizard and cockroaches in the room
Smelly room because of humidity

I loved everything, the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the grounds, the staff.
The children who scream constantly in the pool (not the hotel’s fault, but the parents’ fault.) Parents, please teach your children not to scream in public places unless it’s an emergency. Nobody wants to hear that!!

I like the location the beach access, and staff were friendly, breakfast was okay.
The first suite we checked into had cockroaches. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately moved us to a nicer suite, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel itself is a bit older and could use some updating. Overall, I would recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else.
