The cleaners, waiters, house keeping staff and ice cream servers. They made us feel at home
All staff around the hotel and kids club need better communication. There was restaurants that are still being rebuilt and the fact you charge extra for the Prime Sreakhouse is wrong

The waiters in the buffet restaurant are exceptional, working tirelessly to please guests. The room service was great. At the Italian restaurant, they gave my wife a special birthday treat at dinner. All that I saw in the bookings was the same. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends
The weather was too hot during our stay hence we couldn’t go to the beach in the afternoon. If you’re not used to sea weed around the shore, get acquainted with it. The government should do more to remove them daily. What’s the use of environmental tax that we paid.

Great location
So much construction going on and a lot of the restaurants were closed. We heard construction sounds all day long so we tried to not be in the room. The mirrors in the room were also very scratched.

It had really good views depending on your room.
There is a lot of construction so it is very loud. Our tower they was working on so early in the mornings it was obnoxious. At the adult pool they are currently working on the bar and it was very noisy and loud. Definitely hard to relax at the property with all the loud construction. Had we know this we would have delayed our stay or booked another hotel our the whole reason for our vacation is to relax. Also when we booked our stay I wanted to be on the top floors and was put on the first so I had to wait until a room was free in our tower to change.
