Beach and outside amenities were beautiful. Indoor not so much once the cockroaches were discovered.

Most of the staff were friendly

Cockroaches in our rooms. Had to be moved twice due to cockroaches in the living room area of the suite, coming out from behind the tv stand. Two of the three rooms were on the same floor.

Familia feliz

La ubicación y su playa privada , junto a una hermosa pirámide. Realmente está muy bien si vas en familia. El restaurante mexicano un 10 pero el Italiano woaaa! Me gusto que no dejan poner tu propia bocina . Eso para mi significa RESPETO al prójimo . Muy bien !

El que estén detrás de ti para su programa de hoteles . Nosotros dimos la oportunidad de tanto que nos rogaron por 2 días y accedimos porque nos hicieron una buena oferta . Ok ahí vamos . Para que al final una persona que no recuerdo el nombre creo Paulina o algo así super pésima actitud . De verdad NO ACEPTEN PERDER SU TIEMPO . A menos que les interese realmente. Todo el personal muy amable , EXCEPTO ella . Con ese tipo de persona jamás van a conseguir clientes . Y que al menos deberían tener más variedad de cervezas aunque sean nacionales .

Decepcionante!

La cercanía a centro comercial la Isla

Demasiado popular. Puros mexicanos. Mala calidad de los alimentos, baños mal olor tapados, filtraciones, restaurantes con reservacion muy malos. Fue lo peor, hotel no da ni para una estrella. Muy ordinario. Lo peor de mi vida. Nunca más. Lo pasé HORRIBLE. ASQUEROSO.

I would pick a different hotel if and when I return to Cancun

The outside property was very beautiful. I enjoyed the spa one morning.

The rooms were not as clean or updated , the ac barley worked and to get any kind of service to your room was very difficult. The late night snack bar was very unpleasant when we arrived after a long day of traveling the only place that was open was the late night snack bar which was a frozen hamburger patty with sand which bread and cold French fries. There were no other options. Definitely was expecting a snack bar. As far as room service that was the room service

Huge regret

Nothing. This facility sucks.

Everything, from the very rude staff to the old and non functional amenities. The room stinks and all the beds are old & haggard.

Great rooms unable to book restaurants

The room was excellent. Good location with access to the beach and next to a Mayan ruin.

Reception was very slow with having to sign numerous times. Booking system for restaurant is disappointing. We were leaving early for day trips so I couldn’t be there at 8 am in person to book. When doing the check out, we were asked for the bracelets which we had taken off since we Weren’t to use them anymore. I’m glad I had thrown them Out in a rubbish bin in in the room otherwise I would have had to pay 200 pesos. Also, probably not the best hotel for couples looking for a romantic stay since it was very busy with kids.

Double charge, still no refund it 😟

Even though I paid the full amount in person when I arrived, they still charged an additional night to my credit card. It has been 12 business days, and they didn't refund the amount.

Not very helpful

Always in a hurry! I would not go back

The staff took my luggage early in the morning from my hands and put it on another transportation van! When I noticed I had them took one of my suitcases and accidentally forgot another one! They never helped to bring it back! So sad and disappointed they weren’t able to help with my luggage

Average hotel, nice staff. Trying to convince you to sign up for 30 years/50.000 USD hotel offfering

The beach was nice, staff nice, wonderful lady that prepared the breakfast eggs.

The food in general was average, not bad but neither really good. The cocktails were very regular. We did not like that we were approached by personel trying to sell us future hotel packages. They bluntly lied to us, saying it would only take 90 minutes, while in the end it took 3 hours. Of those 3 hours they spent 1 hour trying to get us to to sign up for a 30 years, 50.000 USD hotel offering. They took turns in trying to convince us, starting with 50.000 USD and decreasing the price as we kept declining their offers. It was unpleasant, annoying and in the end upsetting. I work in sale and this strategy is applied when you work from the assumption that you only have one opprtunity to convince the potential customer to buy. This is not how you sell when you want to create a long-term customer relation.

Good but lack of amenities

The location.

The staff to make a reservation for the restaurants were not helpful at all. Just the staff from the El Pescador restaurant we’re friendly and nice. We came to make a reservation between the hours they said. They were nobody at the reception, so we tried again after breakfast. Again, nobody. We came later and we explained the situation, they did not want to attend us even when they had a lot of empty tables. Very disappointed.

Great location but need to invest more on guest comfort.

Great location

Beds were terrible and so were the pillows. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Pool was cloudy, I hardly saw anybody cleaning it. The buffet needs to have children’s options because it was nearly impossible to get dinner reservations, you have to wake up at 7am and stand in line to try and make a reservation. Showed up at 7:15am and there was a steady moving line with 20 people already ahead of me and by the time it was my turn I had limited options. Power kept going out on main building so that means no AC so it was extremely hot. Last but not least, what resort does not have room service? We were not allowed to even take food or snacks to our room. The mini bar was limited and did not include any snacks, all the drinks were water down, except the one option of beer which was Dos Equis.

Amazing staff and good place for short stay

very friendly staff especially waiters bartenders and Lady in Veranda restaurant. Great location

mold in the bathroom, just one socket in the room and it has been used for fridge, sheets and pillows haven’t been change for whole 9 nights stay

Fantastic hotel

Everything all the staff, facilities,rooms, exceptional family hotel.

The time that the customer spend in the tour hotel to be a member of the hotel this is optional and have a free tickets for the acuarium, but you can spend more than 4 hours in that tour.

we enjoyed our stay but would likely try another resort next time do to the very firm mattresses

most of the staff was absolutely phenomenal (particularly Felix from the dining room, Roger from water aerobics and all of the guys working the door). the location was excellent, we enjoyed being near the mall.

hard beds, a/c went out in the building and the staff members at the front desk communicated poorly about it, in order to get reservations for the restaurants you just stand in line at 7 am so we never got to enjoy anything but the buffet.

Not enough pool chairs near adult pool, Need a bit more entertainment for adults. No hot tub and the food was awful.

Very good

All the staff is amazing 😍, everyone is really nice and you feel like you know them already. The restaurants Frida and El pescador are delicious. They have teamed days with different activities every day. In the night they have a taco truck that is delicious too. The room we had was the family room with their own small pool and is amazing, great for the price

The drinks are kinda watery, and the snack bar is not tasty. They have an app with the different activities but they changed it all the time and the app is not updated so we lost some of the activities. The locks in our room were tricky, after try and error you got it but first is kind of weird

we absolutely loved the staff, the activities during the day and at night and the easy access to pools and beaches. the staff was so kind and easy to converse with. artemio, Marcos, Efrain, and Arturo were especially kind and made our stay very special. the upkeep of the facilities was noticeably well done!

the food was extremely sub par.

Awesome place. I will be back.

I like the staff . They are all so friendly . Our Belboy Miguel greeted us when we arrived and took care of us and our luggage. At El Pescador our waiter Jesus was awesome, he took great pride is serving us and making sure we had everything we needed.
