Nice size: not so big that you’re spending half the day going from place to place. The pools were nice and not crowded. The property is not a party zone: there was some background music but you could hold a conversation and, most importantly, relax. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. You couldn’t do better

The sales pitch for a timeshare! I came to relax not be pressured to buy anything, but they did give us some AMAZING perks for listening!

Very clean room service was fast was great my problem with the reservation was not resolved and they’re 24 hour service failed me.
I had a booking problem. I booked the hotel over 10 months ago and I was under the impression it was a room for two which when I got there, I didn’t think it was a problem, but when I contact booking, I was on hold for over an hour and the phone call went blank after a whole day of traveling. I basically ended up paying double just to get checked into my room I called the next day after we got some rest, but they said they couldn’t do anything because of the fact we were already checked in. I don’t know if it’s necessarily bookings problem, but it was impossible to get a hold of Them, but I wouldn’t have believed that I would’ve had a paid twice as much
