- The pools were amazing. Very big and many different areas to go
- The restaurants and food were great. Lots of variety and great quality. However you had to book a few days in advance for most of them through the app and they always seemed to be ‘full’, despite the hotel be fairly quiet
- Great location right on the beach with good views
- We didn’t find the staff on the main reception that helpful. We booked and paid for 3 rooms with extra large double beds, but instead got 1 big bed and the other 2 rooms with 2 small double beds that weren’t really big enough for 2 people. We tried to change them multiple times but no one seemed to care or want to help. One guy actually said it wasn’t his responsibility! In my travel experience, when you book and pay for a room, that is what you get. The restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were all great though.

Room were spaciaous but requires some maintennace . Actually the whole hotel required Maintenince . Breakfast was good with mulitiple options. Dinner was fine but there was not many Halal or Veg options which i think they should consider. Staff was friendly and helpful
Food options. as there were not many Vegetration or Halal options. They were making the Pork and Fish in the same Pan so its almost impossible for us to eat the fish as well. The staff on the buffet (sous Chef) they were so reluctant to make anything for you as fresh. I asked them to make me fish on a clean pan , or make me pasta atleast but he simply refused and asked me to take to whatever is already available. What is the point of live station then ?

Staff were terrible and was the property was old and dirty. Also the food was my top 3 worst experiences
