I like the location and how everything was easy to found

The property was very nice! It was clean and in a great location. I loved the lounge they had set up for guest that booked the diamond club feature. It was a great place to reset have a drink a snack and meet and socialize with other guests.
Only thing I didn’t care for was that the if you purchased the cabana package on the 16th floor you’re not getting the same perks you would get if you purchased one by the main pool but once I inquired about it my butler’s (Iran & Sandra) took care of it immediately and it was all good.

I wasn't impressed
Staff members were not particularly pleasant, and unfortunately, the level of service felt more like what I would expect from a two-star resort. From the moment we arrived, we were repeatedly approached by staff trying to get us to sign up for various offers, which quickly became uncomfortable. Some of the questions we were asked also felt strange and intrusive.
I came to this resort with very high expectations, especially since our stay was for a celebration, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There is a lot the resort could do to elevate its standard, starting with better staff training. Staff should be encouraged to be consistently polite, respectful, welcoming, and simply smile more. These small gestures make a significant difference, particularly at a resort that is positioning itself as a luxury property.
Unfortunately, our experience at checkout reinforced our decision to leave early. When we approached AFI after another staff member had directed us to the front, my spouse explained this to her, but instead of assisting us or even asking why we were checking out earlier than planned, she sent us away to join the queue and indicated that she was not going to serve us yet. Ironically, it was the guest she was about to assist who kindly insisted that we could go ahead of her if we were trying to get to the airport. I found it disappointing that another guest showed us more consideration in that moment than the staff member responsible for assisting guests.
Ultimately, we cut our stay short and moved to another resort. I genuinely hope management takes feedback like this seriously because the property may have a lot to offer, but the quality of service and hospitality needs to match the standard guests are expecting.
The property itself is beautiful, but there is definitely an opportunity to take the service up a notch, particularly if the goal is to create an experience that makes guests want to return.
