Todo increíble solo que si le hace falta tener todo incluído ya que es un hotel que cubre todas las características lo único malo es que no cuenta con un todo incluído y si es un rollo está situación

Super séjour, cadre idyllique, nous y retournerons certainement

Hôtel idéalement situé, chambre un peu vieillissantes mais tout à fait confortable, propreté irréprochable, manque un peu d’ustensiles pour la cuisine pour les personnes qui souhaitent cuisiner mais ça n a pas été le cas pour nous car il y a beaucoup de restaurants, commerce à proximité. Nous avons apprécié notre séjours à océan dream, le personnel et très sympathique et serviable. Les piscines sont formidable, la mer magnifique et la nourriture servie au restaurant est très bonne.

Il nous manquait une serviette de bain tout les jours, nous devions aller en demander à la réception.

Magnifique mais pourrais être magnifique sans les blattes !!

La vue incroyable, la plage magnifique, la proximité, la superficie de la chambre

Chambre sales, cabine de douche rouillée, meubles très vétuste, et des blattes qui court le soir dans la chambre.

Nice spot, good for short stay.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach and just off the beaten path of hotels. It was quiet but a couple of minute walk to the main entertainment area. The pool was beautiful and our room view was amazing. Staff was super friendly!

Our room could have been mopped before we came because there was loose hair here and there which always makes me queasy. Getting to the room was a maze, so I would say it's not super accessible if you or someone you are traveling with have mobility issues, though this was just an observation.

UNA ESTAFA MUESTRAN LO QUE NO ES

Es una ESTAFA las fotos no son lo que es el hotel! Me quise comunicar con Uds y fue imposible me cobraron más de lo que decía el monto final . Voy a enviar fotos de los recibos y del hotel para que nos reintegren lo abonado.

Fue una ESTAFA!! Las FOTOS DEL ALOJAMIENTO NO SON CÓMO EN LA PÁGINA, nuestra habitación cuando entramos estaba inundada porque había entrado agua por la lluvia más que un HOTEL ES UN MOTEL,el personal inoperante y nunca les importó nuestro malestar! Nos arruinaron el último día de vacaciones que tuvimos soñadas en hotel BARCELÓ CARIBE PLAYA DEL CARMEN. Necesitamos un contacto de booking para que nos reintegre el dinero .

Nice pools but can become very busy with people with ‘day passes’. Very long check out time.

Good location and wonderful swimming pools.

Lots of people seemed to come to the hotel just for the day (we were there at the weekend so not sure if this is during the week too) with ‘day passes’ - so the pool areas became quite busy at times with sun loungers being occupied. Also they have a strict policy with the towels remaining very clean - when we checked out we saw them produce ‘bagged evidence’ for other guests of marks on their towels from previous days and were charging. Check out took a long time with them explaining that they needed to get someone to check we hadn’t left anything in the room (but with having witnessed a couple of people being charged whilst we were waiting- it was probably because they were thoroughly inspecting everything).

Wonderful place for relaxing and fun!

The Ocean Dream was such a fantastic place to stay! My family all had a blast at the pool and at the beach! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! It was really a great value!

The elevators were a bit rickety and at times it took a while to catch a ride.

please. don’t stay here

old run down. toilets didn’t flush all the time, thin was very loud, dirty room had to put a towel in the windows because there’s such a crack and hot air was coming in. Staff weren’t the friendliest. I saw a used Band-Aid right by the bar all day and no one picked it up pretty gross. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Used to be my favorite hotel

I didn't like that they charged me for an extra guess that I forgot to put on my reservation $40 for half a day I will never stay at this hotel again. This used to be my favorite hotel but they just don't accommodate very well. better off finding another hotel somewhere else.

Great location and amazing sea views but poor facilities in the room.

Location was perfect as it was next to most of the bars in the hotel zone. Also, the sea views were amazing as well as a very nice pool area.

The plumbing in the room was awful. No pressure from the taps or shower and even with the hot tub in the room, couldn’t get consistent hot water. Facilities definitely need an upgrade.

It was the best view and pretty decent hotel. I would stay again but I would not pay more than I did

The location was wonderful on the beach side. The best view and beach of my life. The room was ok and had a good ac and hot shower and fridge. The pools looked clean and they had hammocks and bikes. The bathroom smelled ok.

The furniture is a bit run down and in need of repairs or replacement. The area, other than the beach is obnoxious. The treat u a bit like a criminal at check in and check out with bracelets, room inspection and warnings. They charge a lot but only give soap through gas station style dispensers on the room.

You get what you pay for

The view was nice but so windy. Room was okay but noisy - could hear everything from next door.

It needs major maintenance work - the lifts kept breaking down and shaky, bathrooms need renovating and service wasn’t great. The food was inedible and the entire stay was windy.

I would have preferred to stay somewhere else

The hotel has excellent, easy access to the beach. The facility is secured and staffed 24 hours a day. Parking was available and secure. The ocean view was as stated even though we were on a lower floor. Our room was cleaned daily and not when we requested no service. You could hear the ocean waves crashing if you left your door open. It was spacious enough for my family of 5 to stay for a week. I felt comfortable enough for the kids to go to the pool while I enjoyed some alone time with the mrs. There are also ocean activities available for use at the nearby beach. The pool has unusual hours and closes a little early for our liking.

Do not expect a working hot tub for the in-suite hot tub. Ours did not have functioning hot water and it would leak excessively when filled. The hot tub looks to have been broken for years. I would not stay at this particular hotel again. The location is excellent if you want to spend more time away from the hotel. The hotel itself is old and the beds were uncomfortable. Staying on the ocean side was decent and I had no problem with excessive noise from the nearby clubs. The gaps in our front door allowed us to smell smoke and hear conversations directly outside our door. We also had to figure out how our shower needed to be plugged and unplugged after use.

Disappointing

The view was awesome from our balcony , but that cause the nature and not cause the hotel staff !!

The elevator is dangerous, when working ! Many times happened it’s almost blessed me !! The toilet was bad too ! The hotel needed big renovation , because in this condition isn’t 4 * and the prices is too much for what you get!!

Nice sized room, extra bed was so helpful! Beautiful view, location, pool area.

A/c leaked all over my daughter's bed while she was sleeping. Lights in bathroom did not come on every time.

not value for money at all

Located next to beach and room is clean.

After exhausted journey, I arrived at 8pm but had to wait for reception staff for 10-15 minutes as no one there for me to check in. The water is not good for swimming as the wave was strong. Besides, it’s too noisy as it’s close to the pubs area, with extremely loud music every night, couldn’t sleep well even using ear plug. The basin tap is really bad too, the spray style makes the water everywhere.
