I loved the staff the most! They were really excellent and kind. The activity people were AMAZING joseline, said, and I forgot the other name (he was a boy) they were great!
I didn’t like the room that much. The first room we got put in was okay but the thermostat didn’t work so we had to move rooms. The second room the window was broken and it smelled strongly of paint. The rooms kind of looked outdated but at least it was cool.

Location was great close to super markets, coco bongo & other activities. The beach was beautiful and nice pools and good security. The lady who does the entertainment & activities was super friendly and very nice. She brought games, aerobics, and activities to everyone.
The facility is not very clean we found two cockroaches during our stay. The pool area is very slippery I saw about 3 people fall and I personally almost fell about 5 times. If you choose the non inclusive option the treatment is very different. Lastly they try to sell you a timeshare for a “free breakfast”.
