The staff were great! Location was good, not in a high traffic area but walkable to services and entertainment. My bed was super comfortable.
My sink would not drain and it was not fixed during my 3 days there. The manager did follow up and gave me free breakfast, but it should have been fixed.

Food was amazing. View was amazing! Ocean was incredible! No big waves!
The concierge gentlemen who was a bit persistent in having us joining a breakfast meeting for a membership. We had express that we were not interested many time and we did not want to come off as rude people but we just didn’t appreciate having to let him know we weren’t interested more than once aside from that everything else was fine.

We really liked the location, the pool, and the overall amenities. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Cancún’s hotel strip, making it very convenient for getting around. It’s close to shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, and popular clubs, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind, and the general facilities were well maintained. The hotel also felt safe and lively, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, the location and amenities were definite highlights of our stay.
This is why we felt compelled to leave such a poor review. We arrived in the evening, completely exhausted after an 11‑hour flight from London. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the bed for the children in the sitting room had not been prepared, even though the booking was for four people.
I went straight to reception to ask for this to be resolved, but no action was taken. Given how tired we were, I chose not to return again, as I felt the conversation might become unpleasant.
As a result, my wife and the children slept in the bedroom, while I lay on the unprepared bed in the sitting room, covered only with towels. I assumed someone might come later to sort out the bed, but unfortunately, this never happened.
