The children really enjoyed the lunchtime buffet; the pool activities; the ice-cream with sweets, and the silent disco.
The staff were super courteous and friendly. We were made to feel welcome from arrival until we left. They encouraged everyone to partake in the activities, and they did it with smiling faces.
Lack of fresh juice. Activities such as the pool volleyball were a roaring success, and we felt that it could have been extended since most people were participating.

The location, facilities and restaurants were very good. Direct access to the beach was great, night entertainment and kids club was a great option to have.
I booked a family room, however the room was not originally set up as such until requested. And the sofa bed that was later set as an extra bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled of humidity, there was no conditioner and the shop in the hotel sold it for an extremely expensive price.

The daily activities
The pool areas did not have enough seating space, and many people left sandals,bags to keep it aside early in the morning, which is fine but not enough for the rest.
