The staff were very friendly and supportive
The room was not very clean, and the overall condition felt old and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, ear cleaning items, and an iron were not provided. The carpet was not clean, and much of the furniture appeared outdated. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. Even one of the stars on the hotel entrance sign was missing, which reflected the general lack of maintenance.

The stay was made great mostly from the friendly staff that work there. Special thanks to Omar at the front desk who was super helpful and attentive he is the main reason the stay was better. The hotel is located in calm area with a lot of places to visit 5-10 min away from the hotel and the rooms are well sized especially if you choose the ones with a small terrace overlooking the garden which is great for your morning coffee.
A bit more attention to cleaning would be nice and some maintenance wont hurt.

It was nice and quiet, in fact I thought I was the only person there.
There was no information when I arrived, I had no idea where breakfast was. I didn't know where to get a towel for the pool.
The towels were just left on the sun loungers, not sure if they ever got changed.
Breakfast very limited for vegans.
Musty smell in the room.
Needs some paint work in the hotel, lots of stains on the walls.
Bathrooms need updating.
There was a wedding on one day + night, so I couldn't go outside my room. No chairs outside my room, just a table.
If this hotel is 5 star, there is no way it comparable to the 5 star hotel in Petra.
