A beautiful ‘old world’ hotel. Our room no 41, had a lovely balcony, the 24 hour service was exceptional, the breakfast was quite comprehensive. The staff were very accommodating.

The hotel is in a not crowded very safe location. We stayed at a very hot period and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast has to be included for range and service. The front desk were extremely helpful and gave great local food reccomendations. The housekeeping was immaculate.
The train line nearby goes to Vatican and Trevi with a very easy change to Colloseo. There is a supermarket close by, great coffee and even gelato. The nearby area is great to explore full of a range of restaurants. It is great to see the sites of Rome as a tourist but also be able to escape the crowds and relax.

Not much to like. The bathroom shower is tiny and bathrooms are old.
Breakfast is terrible. Limited options. Stale bread.
Entrance was not so clean everyday.
Very expensive and definitely not a 4 Star hotel. At best should be a 3 Star.

Only Christine at breakfast was sweet and accommodating.
Had to ask twice for extra pillows.
Bedding was not cleaned once in our 4 nights.
Dirty entrance every day.
Breakfast was terrible with limited options and stale bread.
Had to ask to be helped with luggage and even then it seemed a chore for the staff.
