The position is indeed very good with a wonderful view over the castle and the sea. It's also 10 minutes walk from the castle and the port area in the zone. 30 minutes walk from Ischia Porto. I appreciated the breakfast that had good options, meaning salty and sweet pastry. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. You also have the bus station exactly at the entrance of the hotel parking lor, so quite easy to travel if you don't drive. The prices at the hotel for lunch and dinner are really decent and the food is very tasty. Can be a really good alternative for the restaurants in the area. They also had very good offers for trips like Poseidon Thermal Gardens and Capri.
It would be great if all the staff could know a bit more English. It can get frustrating sometimes to explain small things or ask for simple information. Some small details could be better maintained, in the bathroom the paint on the ceiling had a few cracks and missing pieces. Nothing to worry but it would keep the overall aesthetic cleaner.

Great location, clean rooms and a lovely hotel area. The staff were friendly and helpful. A really nice bonus was the free evening shuttle to the main streets around the island and back to the hotel

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Having left a pair of glasses on a bus they somehow managed to get them back to me!! The facilities were great. Beautiful large clean pool. A smaller one. Tennis courts. The views were amazing looking over to the castle and the surrounding sea views. Breakfast was plentiful. Our room was spacious and clean. There was also a bar which was handy and a taxi to bring you back from the town to the hotel in the evening. All excellent - especially the staff. Thank yoi
