Daniela was an exceptionally kind and helpful host - always available in person or on WhatsApp and in person, helping with everything from gluten-free breakfast options and restaurant calls to local recommendations, bus routes and directions. She even let us check out late and store our luggage.
She clearly put special thought into our honeymoon, including lovely decorations in our room. The room itself was spacious, cleaned daily, with fresh towels every two days. Breakfast was mostly pastries, sweets and fruit.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ischia Ponte, within walking distance of beaches, Castello Aragonese, restaurants and shops. We felt very well looked after.
We would have liked to have a net on the door (which is also the window) to our room so we could open it without mosquitoes getting in, but it's not a big deal at all. Also, the hotel is on a little hill that you would need to walk up, which was not a problem for us but it is something to consider. We slept on the bottom floor but the higher up floors (as well as the breakfast) are accessible via staircases.

Très bon accueil. L'hôtesse est souriante et nous donne tous les renseignements dont on a besoin. Très bon emplacement près d'un magnifique château. Très calme.
La séparation entre chaque balcon pourrait être équipée de claustra.

Amazing experince! Simple but that's what makes it special. Hotel is really nice, cozy and good located. We were treated like we were a family guests. Clean and nice room, comfortable bed and the rooftop view! Best hotel ever!
The only suggestion: to add something not sweet for breakfast. At least croissants without jam.

Wonderful location, very quiet but super central. The rooms are perfectly clean and has enough room for two people. The staff, especially Daniela, are super friendly and welcoming. The communication before our stay was great.
