It’s in a nice area and conveniently located. The rooms are nice comfortable and spacious. Coded entry was great so I didn’t have to worry about keeping track of the key.
The property is located right next to a strip club. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Booking or the hotel’s website. This is dangerous for a woman traveling alone. There was a group of men from the strip club who harassed me while I was waiting for my Uber. The hotel does not have security or staff by the door at night.

The elevator is pretty outdated and it’s a bit noisy

Self checkinn and checkout. Clean room. Hotel near Spanish steps, easy to walk in Rome city
All night noise from the night club next to hotel. We also heard discussions from other rooms in the evening. It was kind to let heard plugs available in room:)

Very simple hotel
Run down, and limited amenities. Standard room is tiny and the bathroom isn’t smartly laid out, water gets all over the floor.
