The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Spanish Escalinata, Streets with beautiful shops showcasing Italian leather trade and Italian fashion. Surrounded by Italian Villas out of this world and close to the US Embassy. Safe, walkable neighborhood and great restaurants. The coffee at breakfast could be improved though.

Amazing staff all around. Mario and Victor were especially helpful with arrangements of transports and addressing room issues.
A/C and/or fan system was either not fully functional, or a weak system. It was barely comfortable enough even after a technician checked it.
The toilet seat hinge was loose, and seat and cover came off after we first arrived. It was easy to fix, so I did it myself.
Both issues were acceptable but expected better from an otherwise great boutique hotel.
Would recommend to others except in high heat season unless A/C system was just an acute issue.

Great location and very nice hotel. The room was very warm and the thermostat didn’t go down below 23C. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. Great restaurants in the area and close to shopping. Bed was hard, but slept well.

Beautiful Hotel and excellent location. Rooms were very spacious and super clean and the entire staff was excellent and very accommodating. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again
