The staff, the location, the view from the room, the cleanliness, the thoughtfulness were all excellent. This is not your classic hotel but something like living in the neighborhood, which once you are acclimated has a charm and convenience to it.
There are two successive elevators to reach the living area. One is modern, one is old school. If the old one is not properly closed you have to take the steps up or down.

Отличное место расположения отеля, очень удобно и машину есть куда рядом поставить, что не мало важно не заезжая в ZTL!!! Рядом супер рестораны с завтраками и вечерней программой, парк, тихое место.

The room itself was comfortable and well maintained. Clean, with a nice setup for a short stay.
The access was quite complicated. It’s not a proper hotel but more like a floor in a residential building, which made arrival and entry inconvenient. The staff experience was average at best and not very helpful.
