No puedo decir nada malo.
Todo fue super bien .
Buenas vistas desde la habitación.

Everything to do with the room and the staff was fantastic. The staff answered any questions almost immediately via WhatsApp and they were very helpful. The room was great, clean and kept tidy on a daily basis.
Whether or not we didn't read up on the property properly i don't know, but i we weren't aware that the hotel was on the 6th floor of a building meaning having to go up two separate lifts and stairs to get to it. This was difficult with lots of luggage a one year old and a 9 year old. Also i was quite concerned at what appeared to be a lack of fire alarm and fire plan, especially considering up on the 6th floor of a building. I don't know Italian fire regulations so this may be normal over there, but it seemed a bit lacking for me.
