Some of the furniture and the felicities need to be painted, polished, scrub down.

If the plan is to stay mostly at the Hotel and beach, this is the spot. However, if the plan is to be use as a base for other activities, this may not be the place. The Hotel is great and the staff was good.
Transportation from the Hotel to train station has a limited schedule. Walking to and from the hotel is a hike.
