Amazing location in a non-touristy town, giving a local experience and stunning views

Great location in Vico equense. The transfer to the beach club very convenient and the town and station all within easy walk. The beach club is especially nice for swimming and the views are fantastic. All the staff members were especially great with special mention to benji and Vicenzo.
A little tired inside the room, and the walls are paper thin. We heard a lot of noise from next door rooms and suitcases in the hallway in the morning. The pool wasn’t that great and full of loud kids and too much chlorine. I would say if you want somewhere for your kids to swim safely all day this isn’t really big enough for it and so the effect is that it’s hard to get good access to the pool if you are just a regular adult wanting a dip.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional—from the attentive front desk staff to the restaurant team. The swimming pool area and the beach club were very comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again!
Our room was small, although beautifully decorated.
Please note that it is required to take the shuttle to go to the beach club (it is not a walking distance), and it has a cost.

- the man who runs the breakfast seating was excellent and very friendly
- the staff were attentive and friendly.
- charged for hotel shuttle down to beach
- breakfast was average , food trays always empty , not much variety , 4/10
- when you checkout and only fly out that evening, to keep using the pool with your luggage in storage they charge you a ridiculous fee , even when hotel pool isn’t full
- it was a member of our party bday and I wanted to buy a cake to enjoy at the pool for a bday tea celebration, strict rule that you not allowed anything from outside hotel at pool etc , seemed a little strict
- pool lunch is a complete rip off , small kids portion of pasta with some butter €16 euro - insane rip off!
- my room view was overlooking the roof of the pool bathrooms , and this building needs a lot of work ! And maybe a new paint job
