I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very positive experience. The whole hotel felt clean and full of natural light, and our room was equipped with a smart TV. I also appreciated the excellent bathroom products: from shampoo to conditioner and body wash, definitely above‑average quality. The staff were very accommodating: when we called in the morning to say we were running late for breakfast, they kindly allowed us to take some of the remaining items and drinks up to our room. The free outdoor parking was another plus and the location is very convenient, close to both the shopping centre and the outlet.
The only downside was having to pay for the water in the minibar, which I would have expected to be complimentary. Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Food is not good,,, scheduled to close the breakfast but they stop serving some food especially bacon at 1000..looks like breakfast is limited.. need to replace restaurant t carpet, lots of black spots and with smell..room is nice but small, couch need to replace,, lots of faded, stains, ripped, and dirty..pool close at 2100...., attendees is nice,, front desk is nice especially Lailanni..we stayed at different Novotel but its more nicer..
