The hotel was nice and staff lovely and helpful
We wanted a smaller room but with two small kids (2 and 4) they were not able to accommodate - we did not mind obviously paying for the kids but just did not need the beds so maybe a little more flexibility would have made the stay more perfect. Restaurant was good but forgot one main meal order. The pool only opens from 10am so be mindful of hours of pool opening

Dinner was the best thing about this hotel. The spa was nice - had a good massage. Front desk staff was friendly at check in. Staff in the restaurant made excellent recommendations and the food was amazing.
The thermostat didn't work so the room was like a sauna. A dog outside barked all night. The lights go off in the hallway when nobody is there - so you walk into a dark hallway. No way would I have felt safe traveling alone. The room safe didn't work and the front desk said they would send someone to clear out the previous guest's belongings, but they never did. No electrical outlets near the bed. Everything needs to be updated.
