Hotel Amenities, kind and always ready to help staff ,
my room which had a balcony just in front of the swimming pool
cleanliness of the room
great breakfast choices ( maybe more choices for vegans)
and last but not least great location- close to everything ( close to the Center of Sirmione with the shuttle bus , close to the lake, the supermarket, restaurants, bakery, gelateria)
I liked everything ( the only thing I can mention is maybe a bigger swimming pool or a second pool is needed for children so as not be crowdy or those disturbing the others with playing with balls etc)

This is the third time we stayed in this property and we really like it. It’s clean, we love the pool area and the staff.
It was a little expensive this year.

The rooms are spacious with very decent cupboard space. The property is clean and staff friendly.
The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on for me. I’ve been to quite a few hotels in the last few months and typically don’t have a problem, but unfortunately I really struggled with the bed.
