Room was spacious enough for family of 4, reasonable outside terrace. pool facilities good. staff were friendly and always available to help with questions and book taxis
pool bar could be improved, quality of food poor. we had a ground floor room with an outside terrace. This was fine but it faced directly onto the breakfast room so there was no privacy. terrace could do with some fencing around it.

Good property overall with quite big swimming pool, free parking and friendly staff.
Big wardrobe in the room.
It’s just weird, many things are different than what you’re used to in most hotels, possibly with no clear purpose or reason.
No shower and hair gel in the shower. The shelf in the shower is around 180 cm above the floor.
No “clear my room”/“do not disturb” sign.
No welcome instructions/package in the room with the guide for room or the hotel.
No kettles in the room (was in the description).
No restaurant (this was mentioned in the description).
In many places there are no visible “exit” signs so you’re in corridor and have no idea how to exit the building (also safety concern (?)).

Great location to Brema Sirmione Beach. Lovely pool and delicious buffet breakfast.
20 minute walk to local shops.
10 minute walk to a shuttle bus to Sirmione old town.
No restaurant in the hotel, but basic cafe food by the pool.
Paying €4 for each pool towel we needed.

No refinement in any. Just ordinary, quiet and middle of the riad. The breakfast was quite eithout taste. No taste if Italy. Bread like bake-off and srambled from from a dunk. Juice without fruit, coffee without beans.
