We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villafranca. Everything was very clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast was good, and having the late check-out option was extremely convenient for us!
The only minor detail was that the shower head couldn't be fixed in place, but it was a very small issue that didn’t ruin our impression at all. Highly recommended!

The lobby and communal area look nice, staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
The lift and also the room need some work probably renovation. Not sure this hotel should be considered as 4 star!
