Very clean and fully renovated property, good breakfast, location near Termini and near bus stops. A beautiful inner courtyard where we could enjoy breakfast in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
We were given room on the first floor, there was a musty smell in the room. There is no security in lobby, homeless people were sleeping right across from the entrance, on the stairs of the building opposite. However, nothing happened during our stay, and we chose the Termini area ourselves. The neighborhood itself is not particularly safe or upscale.

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.

The room we were given were at G/F near the reception which was very noisy with incoming/outgoing guests late at night.
Could not provide minimum services like a clothes iron or first aid medicines like pain killers.
