Monolocale spazioso, luminoso e ben curato, vicinissimo al centro storico di Arezzo.
Staff disponibilissimo, sia gli addetti alla gestione che le signore che si occupano delle pulizie. Comodo il parcheggio interno.

Check in and out was easy and communication with the property was fast and good.
Our room faced onto the main train line and the noise was continuous throughout the night. There were ear plugs provided, but these are uncomfortable and inadequate to eliminate noise.

Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité du personnel d'accueil, la situation de l'hébergement à proximité du centre ville et des lieux à visiter, le restaurant qui est situé en dessous de la résidence.
Le bruit des trains qui circulent just en dessous des fenêtres de la résidence, l'équipement et le confort du logement, la salle de bains vieillotte ainsi que la cabine de douche inadaptée aux personnes un peu fortes, le petit déjeuner ridicule, la climatisation archaïque.
