Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable & quiet. The air con was powerful and kept our room cool, which is essential when sightseeing during high temperatures. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is ideal for exploring the historic old town, and for walking to the train station. There was an issue with the fridge which the hotel staff sorted out quickly. Breakfast was included with our stay.
There was no in-room safe. The shower doorway was quite narrow for getting into and out of the shower easily.

Location
It was difficult to sleep, the external AC units were making a very loud noise outside of the window.
