We weren't really prepared for just HOW SPACIOUS these rooms are. It was incredible value for the money. It's also rather central in the city. Great stay and the staff was so friendly. Drew us up a little map with all the sightseeing spots. Would gladly stay here again.
Did not quite understand the kitchen cleaning policy. States that you should clean the kitchen every night otherwise a cleaning fee may apply. Why not just let us use the kitchen and clean up at the end of our stay? They did clean up some glasses for us but luckily didn't charge us a fee.

I was impressed with friendliness or Marta. She was very courteous and welcoming. She walked us into the room and explained everything, including using the AC. We were impressed with room, big and comfortable and includes all important amenities. For the price, value and confort I don't think any other place can beat it. I do highly recommend the place and I have a place to stay in Ravenna now.
