location is perfect just across the road from the passiegata with all the shops and restaurants and of course the brilliantly managed beaches behind . i loved the full breakfast provided which included boiled and scrambled eggs and fried bacon , toast, fruit, juices, breads , tea and coffee etc etc etc
the balcony on top is excellent and you have great views of the sea and shops etc from there and i also really liked the reception area and the beautiful well chosen floor tiles
i feel the bedrooms are certainly on the small size - fine if there is just a double bed in the room but the only room available to book when we were there was one with a double bed and bunk bed which we didn’t need but nevertheless i feel it would be very good for a couple with two small children

Great location, friendly staff, clean, rooftop terrace was brilliant for watching the sun set.
No iron in the room/or available from reception.
